“BTDConstruct & Ambient is acting as General Contractor for one of our company’s projects so far: Promenada Mall Extension – A benchmark project due to its complexity that results from the total built area of approximately 91 ,000 square meters, as well as from the depth to which the structure will extend, specifically at -27 meters. The execution is approached using the top-down, bottom-up method, which allows building the basement structure from top to bottom as the earth is excavated and evacuated. At the same time, the upper part of the structure is built in parallel. The underground construction will have a total of 7 levels. The project is currently under construction and on schedule, and its completion is estimated in HI next year.
