BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L. is a Romanian construction and interior design company created in 2013, with headquarters in Bucharest, Mareșal Averescu str. 15 B/C, floor 4, sector 1, with unique registration code RO31055944 and order number at the Trade Registry J40/9/2013, currently one of the largest general contractors in Romania.
BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L. is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L., wishing to apply the highest standards in its activity, ensures the protection of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation no. 679 of April 27, 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and in accordance with the domestic legislation implementing this General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR“).
To carry out its activity, BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L. uses personal data of employees, beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries of our construction works, subcontractors, suppliers of materials, equipment and machinery and any other contractors and their employees and collaborators, as well as the personal data of any visitors to our website (https://btdconstruct.ro/) and you our social media pages (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
These personal data, collected either during the negotiations and during the implementation of the contractual relations with the beneficiaries of our construction works and with our other collaborators (e.g. subcontractors, suppliers of materials and equipment, etc.), or through our website and on our social media pages, or by e-mail and/or by offline methods, are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation on the confidentiality of personal data, including, but not limited to, European and Romanian GDPR regulations.
This Privacy Policy sets out the basis for the processing of personal data by our construction company and explains what kind of information that can be qualified as personal data is collected, how this personal data is collected, used, as well as how you can manage and control the use of your personal data.

We collect your personal data mentioned in art. 1.1. above in order to negotiate, sign and implement the contractual relationship with BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L., for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for the realization of the legitimate interests of BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L.
The personal data referred to in art. 1.2 and art 1.3 above are collected in order to negotiate, sign and implement an individual employment contract or a collaboration/services contract and to fulfill the legal obligations imposed on our company in relation to them.
The personal data referred to in art. 1.4 above are collected pursuant to legal obligations to ensure the safeguarding of objectives, assets, values and the protection of persons and to achieve the legitimate interests of BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L.

Our employees, suppliers, other contractors and beneficiaries who have access to your personal data have obligations to keep such data confidential and to protect it in accordance with applicable laws.

BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L. transfers certain personal data to other entities, in the exercise of its activity and with the protection of your rights. The personal data that can be transferred are: name and surname, email address, image/video recording, function/occupation and phone number.
We want to assure you that the transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union/European Economic Area (if applicable) is carried out on the basis of adequate guarantees regarding the security of personal data.

However, please note that the withdrawal of your consent will only affect the further processing of your personal data and will not affect the legality of the processing already carried out.
In order to comply with applicable laws, regulations and legal requests, our company reserves the right to use, store, share or disclose your personal data as necessary. We may need to revise this Privacy Policy in the future. If we change the Privacy Policy, we will notify you of the revised Privacy Policy by publishing it on the website and by indicating the updated version by changing the “Last Updated” date from at the top of the Privacy Policy. After the date on which the updated Privacy Policy enters into force, accessing our website will represent your acknowledgment of that updated Privacy Policy.
The present version of the Privacy Policy was drafted in English and Romanian and in case of inconsistencies between the two versions, the Romanian version will prevail.
