BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L. is a Romanian construction and interior design company established in 2013, with its headquarters in Bucharest, 15 B/C Maresal Averescu Blvd., 4th floor, 1st district, Sole Registration Code RO31055944 registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/9/2013, currently one of the most important general entrepreneurs in Romania.
BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L. is responsible with the processing of your personal data according with this Privacy Policy.
With the desire to meet the highest standards in the activity carried out, BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L. ensures the protection of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation no. 679 of April 27, 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and in accordance with the national law implementing this General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR“).
In order to carry out its activity, BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L. uses personal data of employees, beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries of our construction works, subcontractors, suppliers of materials, equipment and machinery and of any other contractors and their employees and collaborators, as well as the personal data of any visitors of our website (https://btdconstruct.ro/) and of our social media pages (i.e. twiter, facebook, instagram etc).
This personal data, collected either during the negotiations and during the implementation of the contractual relations with the beneficiaries of our construction works and with our other collaborators (e.g. subcontractors, suppliers of materials and equipment, etc.), through our website and our social network pages, or by e-mail and / or offline methods, are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation on the confidentiality of personal data, including, but not limited to, European and Romanian GDPR rules.
This Privacy Policy sets out the basis for the processing of personal data by our construction company and explains what information that may be classified as personal data is collected, how this personal data is collected, used, and how you can manage and control the use of your personal data.

1.4. Images and videos collected through video surveillance systems at headquarters, work points and construction sites
These images and videos are recorded using video surveillance equipment installed at work points and on construction sites, in full compliance with applicable law.
1.5. Information that we collect automatically

- Location information:we collect different types of information about your general location (for example, the IP address) or more specific information, if the location function in the settings menu of your mobile device is activated;

- The legal basis for the processing of personal data
We collect your personal data mentioned in art. 1.1. above in order to negotiate, sign and implement the contractual relationship with BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L., to fulfill the legal obligations and to achieve the legitimate interests of BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L.
The personal data mentioned in art. 1.2 and art. 1.3 above are collected in order to negotiate, sign and implement an individual employment contract or a contract of collaboration / provision of services and to fulfill the legal obligations imposed on our company in respect therewith.
The personal data mentioned in art. 1.4 above are collected under the legal obligations to ensure the protection of objectives, assets, values and protection of persons and to achieve the legitimate interests of BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L.

The BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L. website uses cookie modules. As for your image or recording stored via video surveillance equipment, the storage period is 30 days for each recording.
After the end of the storage period, personal data will be destroyed or deleted from computer systems or will be anonymized, to the extent that it will be necessary to use them for scientific or statistical research purposes.
Employees, suppliers, beneficiaries and other contractors of BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L. have access to certain personal data that we collect, but the use of this data is limited to the performance of their tasks, in accordance with the purpose of processing.
Our employees, suppliers, other contractors and beneficiaries who have access to your personal data have been imposed obligations to maintain the confidentiality of this data and to protect it in accordance with the applicable rules.

BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L. transfers, to other entities, certain personal data, in the exercise of its activity and with the protection of your rights. The personal data that can be transferred are: name and surname, e-mail address, image / video recording, position / occupation and telephone number.
We want to assure you that the transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union / European Economic Area (if the case) is carried out on the basis of adequate guarantees regarding the security of personal data.
Also, the transfer of your personal data will be made in order to fulfill the contract concluded with you.
In the case of personal data processed on the basis of your consent, you may at any time withdraw your consent for the future use, storage, distribution or disclosure of your personal data. However, please note that the withdrawal of your consent will only have effect for the further processing of your personal data and will not affect the lawfulness of the processing already carried out.
In order to comply with applicable laws, regulations and legal requirements, our company reserves the right to use, store, distribute or disclose your personal data, if necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, addressing security issues, technical issues, fraud, protection of the rights of BTDConstruct & Ambient S.R.L., the protection of your rights and of other data subjects. Our company takes all necessary measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction or unwanted modification.

We may need to review this Privacy Policy in the future. If we change the Privacy Policy, we will notify you of the revised Privacy Policy by posting it on the website and reporting the updated version by changing the date of the “Last Update” at the top of the Privacy Policy. After the date on which the updated Privacy Policy enters into force, accessing our website will constitute your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
This version of the Privacy Policy has been drafted in English and Romanian and in case of discrepancies between the two versions, the Romanian version will prevail.
