Aviatiei Apartments | Bucharest

The Aviatiei Apartments project is located on 26 Soldat Gheorghe Buciumat Street. Work began in February 2018, and the total built area is 38,000 sqm. At the moment (December 2019) we are in the phase of handing over the apartments to the final beneficiaries. 

The project consists of 3 residential buildings, with the following height regimes:
Body A – S+demisol+P+4E+floor 5-6 retired
Body B – S+demisol+P+6E
Body C-D – 2S+demisol+P+6E
