BTDConstruct & Ambient is a 100% Romanian company, established in 2013, which operates in the field of general construction.
With a solid portfolio of projects developed mainly in the residential area, our company has the strength to provide integrated services – from the design and architecture phase, Project Management, superior engineering and sophisticated digital systems (BIM) to the best expertise technical – relying on teams of specialists with solid experience in civil construction. From the beginning, our vision has been to go Beyond the details for the benefit of our clients, and we will remain true to this approach in all the projects in which we will be involved.
Our mission is to build responsibly, sustainably and with attention to quality, durability and design. We think and raise projects in the atmosphere of our generation, through current technology and ideas based on collaboration.

SERVICES

BTDConstruct & Ambient carries out general construction activities – civil, commercial and industrial.
Based on the experience gained as a general construction contractor in the private sector in Romania and considering the high potential offered by the current public works market, our company has taken a series of steps aimed at expanding its activity in the public sector as well. Thus, after more than 10 years in which BTDConstruct & Ambient was active exclusively in the area of projects financed by private funds, we proposed to apply in public projects our management system, expertise and rigors in execution, acquired as a result of our collaborations with very demanding developers.
In this context, at the beginning of this year (n.r. 2023) we created a strategy to develop our activities also in the market of public projects, especially in areas such as civil constructions, building and land improvements.
BTDConstruct & Ambient has had sustained growth over the 10 years of activity, so that our portfolio includes, in addition to construction projects and customized interior design, commercial and technical solutions, complete services in the purchase of materials for residential projects, of offices or commercial premises.

Before any project is us, the BTD team. And beyond the details are the people we build for. With this vision in mind, we have brought together professionals with over 19 years of experience. We work closely with partners in the field of technical consultancy in construction and those in the sphere of occupational health and safety. Together, we are with those who request our services, in all stages of the project, from the design phase to maintenance and operation.

Internal policy in the field of quality, environment, health and safety at work within BTDCONSTRUCT & AMBIENT S.R.L.
The mission of our organization is to ensure satisfaction to the beneficiaries, providing quality services in the field of construction entrepreneurship and management, civil and industrial construction works, acquisition, storage and marketing of construction materials, furniture, household items and ironwork, equipment and machinery rental of constructions, in accordance with their requirements, with the standards and legislation in force, in conditions of full security both for the human factor and for the environment.
In order to demonstrate to the beneficiary our ability to consistently provide him with products and services that satisfy his requirements, within our company it was decided to implement, maintain, continuously improve and certify an Integrated Management System: Quality, Environment and Health and Safety in Work, appropriate to our field of activity and the purpose of the organization.
In order to fulfill the assumed commitments, through the general objectives of the organization we pursue:

  • awareness, involvement and commitment of employees for the implementation of the policy and objectives in the field of quality, environment and occupational health and safety,

  • orientarea organizației către satisfacerea în cea mai mare măsură a cerințelor beneficiarilor noștri,

  • orienting the organization towards the prevention of environmental pollution and the avoidance of ecological accidents, by developing the management of natural resources and waste generated by specific activities,

  • continuous improvement of the integrated management system,

  • evaluating and keeping under control, preventing and reducing the risks of incidents, occupational diseases,

  • preventing damage to own employees and/or interested parties,

  • compliance with environmental, occupational health and safety legislation, as well as with other requirements applicable to the organization.

In view of this effort to continuously improve the products / services offered, the Integrated Management System Manager will have a role of monitoring the integrated management system, regulating the proposed policies and practices, analyzing the effectiveness of the SMI, reporting on the organization’s performance and representation in relation to external bodies.
We aim to provide the organizational framework and the necessary resources for the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Integrated System, so that BTDCONSTRUCT & AMBIENT SRL is considered a standard of quality in the field.
